This notice explains how CuciBros ("we") collects and uses your personal data, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Your name, email address and mobile number.
- Your condo, block and unit, and any delivery notes you give us.
- Your bookings, order history and messages with us.
- Basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the service secure.
Why we use it
- To take your booking, collect and deliver your laundry, and send you updates about your order.
- To create and secure your account.
- To tell you when CuciBros opens at your condo if you joined the waitlist.
- To send you offers — only if you agreed to marketing messages. You can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
- Our riders and partner laundromats see only what they need to handle your order (such as your name, unit and phone number).
- Service providers that help us run CuciBros, such as our email provider and hosting providers, under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
- We never sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
- Account and order records are kept while your account is active and for up to 7 years afterwards for accounting and legal purposes.
- Waitlist details are deleted if we haven't opened at your condo within 12 months, unless you create an account.
Your rights
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing, by emailing hello@cucibros.com.
- If you withdraw consent needed to deliver the service, we may not be able to take bookings from you.
